The One who builds His upper chambers in the heavens And has founded His vaulted dome over the earth, He who calls for the waters of the sea And pours them out on the face of the earth, The LORD is His name. --Amos 9:6

Does the Moon Give Off Cold Light?

Does the Moon Give Off Cold Light?

Genesis 1:16 God made the two great lights, the greater light to govern the day, and the lesser light to govern the night; He made the stars also. 17 God placed them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth, 18 and to govern the day and the night, and to separate the light from the darkness; and God saw that it was good. 19 There was evening and there was morning, a fourth day.

Note that there are 2 great lights, as in, the moon has its own light.

Isaiah 30:26 The light of the moon will be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be seven times brighter, like the light of seven days, on the day the Lord binds up the fracture of His people and heals the bruise He has inflicted.

This makes it sound like the moon has its own light.

We kept hearing that the moon has a cold light, and it is not reflected light from the sun, as the scientists claim. So we tested it 12/21/18. We just took the temperature in the moonlight and in the shadow, out of the moonlight. Testing was done on the same night in Meade, KS and Frost, TX. Meade KS crew: Kira, Megan, Leah, Timothy. Frost TX crew: Russell, Kat

Meade KS: used mercury thermometers.

In shadow 37 degrees

In moonlight 36 degrees

Frost TX: used infrared thermometer

Moonlight Temperatures
Moonlight temperatures: 26, 27 Shadow temperatures 32, 32

All of our results went along with the idea that the moon gives off a cold light.
