Bible Verses Supporting the Flat Earth

The following are Biblical verses that deal with the shape and status of the earth on which we all live, and here is the Scriptural basis for those who agree that the Bible should be taken literally. And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher (Jasher 88:63-64)? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day. (*the sun and moon were commanded to stand still, not the earth)

Hab 3:11 The sun and moon stood still in their habitation:

Psalms 19:1-6 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun , Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

Eccl 1:5 The sun also ariseth, and the sun goeth down, and hasteth to his place where he arose.

1 Chro 16:30 Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.

Prov 8:27-29 27 When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth: (* N,S,E,W - 4 pillars under the flat earth making 4 corners) When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep: When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment(* Antarctica): when he appointed the foundations of the earth

And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
